How long have you been in business?

Entexion is a new venture that was started in 2020. However, every member of the staff has at least 10 years experience in the industry.

Do you offer any money back guarantee?

Entexion offers a 'no questions asked' money back guarantee during the first 30 days of service for shared web hosting services. There is no money back guarantee for VPS and dedicated servers, or domain names, unless the service has not been rendered.

Do you offer any free trial for new users?

Unfortunately, we currently don't offer any free trials.

Will my services be setup immediately?

Shared hosting accounts, as well as VPS are set up immediately after payment. Dedicated servers can take up to 12 hours to be activated, although normally it's much quicker.

What payment methods do you currently accept?

We currently accept over 70 cryptocurrencies, credit and debit cards, and PerfectMoney.

Do you offer any discounts for bulk orders?

Absolutely! Please contact us for a quote for bulk orders.

What other services do you offer?

On top of Shared, VPS and Dedicated Servers, we also offer server administration and script installations. Other IT related services may be available. Please contact us for more information.
